<li>Ability to autonomously perform the day-to-day payroll operations for 500+ employees spanning hourly, salaried, exempt, non-exempt on a weekly and bi-weekly basis accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Resolve all payroll discrepancies, process adjustments, and answer employee inquiries</li>
<li>Responsible for the administration of garnishments, 401K loans, and other voluntary and involuntary deductions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead year-end close procedures including the reconciliation of W-2s/W3 and year-end tax filings</li>
<li>Identifies opportunities to automate current processes and implement effective controls to drive efficiency and streamline the payroll process</li>
<li>Assist in analyzing people data and provide metrics on payroll, HR, time, and benefits using both Microsoft Excel and the ADP Workforce Now Analytics module</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and tax regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within HRIS/payroll systems.</li>
<li>Implement system updates in order to remain complaint in payroll processes across the US and UK.</li>

Requirements:

<li>ADP Workforce Now knowledge a must</li>
<li>Strong functional payroll knowledge and a minimum of 3 years’ experience processing payroll on own</li>
<li>Knowledge of current Federal, State, and Local labor laws, tax requirement and payroll regulations</li>
<li>Experience with multi-state payroll including California, additional global payroll experience is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to analyze and interpret payroll data</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors</li>
<li>Ability to handle numerous priorities in a dynamic and growing environment</li>
<li>Advanced excel skills including the ability to run pivot tables, use VLOOKUPs, COUNTIF, SUMIF</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Perform in-process and complete inspections on aerospace parts using predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications.</li>
<li>Conduct airflow testing to assess the airflow through machined holes on aerospace engine parts.</li>
<li>Utilize a computer system to determine if parts pass inspection, signing off on a sheet once verification is complete.</li>
<li>Work with various night shift inspectors to ensure quality standards are met.</li>
