Description
We are seeking an RN to fill a support role on our clinical research team. This position will mentor multiple areas of our department and become proficient in various roles, including; research pharmacy, phlebotomy and research clinic. This position will fill various gaps in day-to-day operations. This role will require the candidate to:
- perform tasks such as; preparation of investigational products
- monitoring research subjects
- taking and recording vital signs
- performing EKG’s, drawing blood for research and clinical lab samples
- recording study data in various data bases
- Verbal and written communication with the Principal Investigator, Sub-Investigators and Research Coordinators on site is a critical element of this role. Special projects to assist the department may be assigned as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
New York State licensed RN.
Bachelor's degree required. 2-5 years minimum clinical experience.
Proficient in phlebotomy, basic clinical assessments, IV skills
Follow a detailed clinical research protocol.
Excellent organizational skills, problem solving and communication skills required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $43.00/hr.
