 Develop purchase orders with price, bill of material, billing requirements, freight requirements, dates required, etc.
 Prepare and process submittals per contract documents or customer requirements for review and approval.
 Develop subcontractor agreements with price, scope of work, insurance requirements, schedule and contract documents.
 Prepare contract documents (drawings, specs, scope of work, schedule, etc.).
 Pull permits or select an inspector at authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
 Develop and process change order pricing and scope or work as requested by customer or as required by project.
 Maintain current working drawings identified per electrical scope of work showing RFIs, Change Orders, Addendums and As-Built changes.
 Work alongside other project managers, project coordinators and estimators to achieve company goals.
 Help create and communicate company standards for project management.
 Attend job walks; pre-bid meetings: weekly project meetings: collaborations and conference with clients and designs professionals
Minimum Qualification Standards: 
 High School Diploma or GED required.
 Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar studies preferred.
 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry, with a concentration in commercial and industrial large construction projects
 OSHA 30 &amp; NFPA 70E required.
 Knowledge and proficiency with Code requirements and basic electrical engineering calculations; Voltage-drop, Ohms law, conduit-fill, wire ampacity, de-rating, etc.
 Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Spectrum and one of the major computerized estimating programs (e.g., ConEst, Accubid, McCormick, etc.) preferred
 Valid NYS drivers license free from major infractions required.
 Team player, self-motivated, gets along well with supervisors, peers and subordinates.

This program involves multiple projects to modernize legacy systems within the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance, responsible for managing billions in state revenue. Key focus areas include:

ESSENTIAL JOBD FUNCTIONS:

<li>Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Participation in managing clinical risks in the agency by participating Incident Review Committee Meetings, High Risk Meeting, and Sentinel Reviews. Work collaboratively with clinical teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for the clients with ICL outpatient programs and intellectual disabilities. Participation in managing clinical risks in the agency by participating.</li>
<li>Facilitating Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the outpatient programs and intellectual disabilities services. Develop and implement strategies for addressing identified areas for improvement and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.</li>
<li>Staying Informed: Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations, billing requirements, reimbursement policies, and quality assurance standards relevant to mental health and intellectual disabilities services. Maintain knowledge of emerging trends, research findings, and best practices in the field.</li>
<li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze audit findings, performance data, and outcome measures to track program performance, identify trends, and report on key quality indicators. Prepare comprehensive reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to demonstrate compliance and quality of care.</li>
<li>Relationships with Others in the Agency: Report to the VP of Quality Assurance &amp;Privacy Officer for supervision; consult with division administrators to develop and execute quality improvement plans, including plans of corrective action (POCAs) for certification visits and internal agency audit reports; participate in program planning projects and meetings to provide inputs on development of quality control and program evaluation elements; and conduct or participate in management meetings with service-delivery staff to establish , delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments , and establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives and assist with the implementation of new programs.</li>

The Fiber Splicer is responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables in underground and aerial applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Fusion splices SM ribbon and loose tube fiber optic cables, to initiate or terminate various types of fiber optic connectors (ST, SC, LC).</li>
<li>Installs and tests pressurized and non-pressurized closures on all types and sizes of cable.</li>
<li>Analyzes and troubleshoots basic technical problems or issues.</li>
<li>Reviews, interprets, and works with various maps, drawings, blueprints and testing documents.</li>
<li>Performs daily testing and maintenance of splicing and testing equipment.</li>
<li>Performs optical continuity and conformance testing.</li>
<li>Makes splicing rearrangements on existing facilities in underground, aerial and building work locations.</li>
<li>Adheres to company policies, regulations, procedures, and principles.</li>
<li>All other duties as required.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>1-3 Years Experience with installation and testing of fiber optic cables. </li>
<li>Working knowledge of using various fusion splicing and optical testing equipment including, Alcoa Fujikura, GN Net Test, EXFO, Fitel, Sumitomo, and Viavi.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of GS150 and GS350 Fiber Jetters. </li>
<li>Ability to climb and work at elevations (e.g., from ladders, poles, lift trucks, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to work in confined spaces.</li>
