Position Description 
The Receptionist is responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties including greeting guests, answering incoming calls, directing calls as appropriate and responding to inquiries about Jazz at Lincoln Center (JALC) from the general public, clients and customers. 
Responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for experienced appliance repair technicians. Compensation is highly competitive and is commission-based.
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing full diagnoses and repairs on a variety of home appliances such as Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, Ovens, Stoves, Dishwashers, etc.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of appliance repair experience - Own tools and reliable transportation - Exceptional customer service skills - Great sales skills - Previous experience working as an independent contractor/subcontractor is a plus
We operate nationwide, so if you're willing to relocate, we can provide you with work in another state or city as well.
This is a commission-based job, so you will need to provide the customer with the estimated quote and sell the job.

Excellent opportunity for qualified lifeguards to work at upscale, residential amenity facilities. Multiple shifts available for guards at outdoor rooftop wading pools. Locations in Brooklyn. Both seasonal and year-round positions available.

Essential Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Welcome guests to the pool area and ensure their safety and compliance with all rules.</li>
<li>Monitor swimming pool and other designated areas to prevent accidents and minimize or eliminate unsafe situations.</li>
<li>Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations, policies and procedures</li>
<li>Regularly test and record pool chemical levels (pH and chlorine) and maintain a clean pool environment.</li>
<li>Record keeping of chemical test results to NYC DOH standards. </li>
<li>Actively scan, recognize, and provide rapid response in all emergency situations.</li>
<li>Provide emergency care and treatment if necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all areas.</li>
<li>Physically capable of performing Lifeguard duties.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>High degree of professionalism at all times.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.</li>
<li>Current Lifeguard certification as required by NYC DOH.*</li>
<li>Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification with required annual renewal to meet NYC DOH guidelines. </li>
