The Intensive Case Manager will provide outreach and crisis management services to individuals in emergency shelters (ES). The ICM will respond to the immediate housing need. The ICM will work directly with Schenectady County DSS to ensure all individuals placed in ES, particularly hotels/motels, are expeditiously exited out of the temporary housing and into stable housing.
