Position Overview:
This is a supervisory position in an Inspection Center overseeing a team carrying out daily operations within a Carvana Inspection Center.. The Reconditioning Manager oversees all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process and directs at least five leads and up to 70 front line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker to serve as a Nursing Home Surveyor/Complaint Investigator. This critical role involves conducting surveys and investigations, including allegations of abuse and neglect, at skilled nursing facilities to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations. Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education:&nbsp;Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).</li>
<li>Licensure:&nbsp;NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required.</li>
<li>Experience:&nbsp;A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a medical facility (nursing home preferred). Two (2) years of experience performing nursing home surveillance activities is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Technical Skills:&nbsp;Proficiency with data entry in Federal and State reporting databases. SMQT Certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Soft Skills:&nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication, keen analytical and investigative skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a firm understanding of regulatory compliance.</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Participate in surveys or complaint investigations to include allegations of abuse and neglect, and perform surveillance activities/tasks at nursing homes (long-term care) to determine compliance with Federal and State regulations.</li>
<li>Produce written documentation and draft a Statement of Deficiencies (SOD) within the required time frame, using Principles of Documentation.</li>
<li>Assess compliance with the Plan of Correction within the required time frame.</li>
<li>Complete data entry in Federal and State reporting databases as required.</li>
<li>Participate in State monitoring during Immediate Jeopardy situations.</li>
<li>Attend meetings as required.</li>
<li>Testify in administrative hearings as needed.</li>
<li>Adhere to DOH work schedules.</li>
<li>Adhere to DOH and IPRO policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Travel to onsite locations according to work schedule.</li>
