 How Youll Make an Impact Learn mechanical principles of Praxis products and manufacturing to become technical expert/resource on Praxis parts and products fabricated in house Perform production operations in support of the Titanium Metal Injection Molding process to meet scheduled client commitments Responsible for performing secondary part finishing (flash removal, trimming &amp; de-gating, bead blasting, cleaning, and polishing) Prepare Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIPing) parts and products for shipment Perform precision inspections under magnification using microscopes Record and input detailed molded component dimensional and density data Conduct final inspections in support of manufacturing with high quality and efficiency, meeting all production deadlines Regularly maintain production and escalate any issues for resolution Accurately complete all required production run sheets, lot traceability and task completion forms Maintain compliance with Praxis Quality Management System Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and applying best practices for on-the-job safety in a production environment Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes while maintaining an orderly production facility 
What You Bring to This Role High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated ability to interpret documents including: maintenance instructions, procedure and manuals Demonstrated success working with technical/mechanical devices Proven ability to operate with computers, microscopes and other tools Experience in production operations, safety and security protocols A history of excellence in communication and active listening Proven success working independently and in a team environment Demonstrated comfort with basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and rounding

Responsibilities:

<li>Approve and modify all timecards for assigned crews to include: Correct punch in tasks, time, materials, and equipment.</li>
<li>Review all jobs with the Project Manager (PM) before starting work:

<li>Strong plant identification skills and knowledge of plant materials.</li>
<li>Bilingual is a plus - fluent in Spanish and English.</li>
<li>The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-energy environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.</li>
