Work Environment
This position operates in a professional law office environment and occasionally may require the carrying of regular office supplies. Job Description Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney&nbsp; to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position with hybrid schedule flexibility.&nbsp; Responsibilities include:

<li>Managing a caseload under partner supervision;</li>
<li>Drafting motions and status reports;</li>
<li>Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>J.D. from an accredited law school;</li>
