Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, with a focus on construction law. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop skills and grow in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Represent clients in court and during negotiations
- Review and analyze contracts related to construction projects
- Provide legal advice to clients on construction-related issues
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
- Maintain case files and document management
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in construction law
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the bar in the relevant state
- 1-3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in construction law
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
