PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

In this highly visible and challenging position, you will be responsible for providing legal support on a broad range of environmental, health and safety (EHS), sustainability, and product stewardship matters. Responsibilities include regulatory requirements for waste management, release reporting, water &amp; air pollution control, environmental remediation, occupational health and safety, transportation, environmental litigation, chemical regulation, and hazard communications. You will work closely with executives and staff within the EHS, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Stewardship organizations, as well as the business units, to provide guidance on regulatory matters. With a global scope, this role works with the global legal team on strategic initiatives and issues of global significance while also focusing on US domestic and international environmental and chemical regulatory legal matters.
The following are required for the position:
