About the role
Reporting to the Global Director of Archives and Digital Production, the Digital Production Manager is a photographic post-production specialist that converts our analogue collections via scanning and photography to enable them to be accessed and preserved digitally. In addition, you will also take delivery of newly created work by our photographers to integrate with Magnums archive.
Working with the Archive Director and in tandem with our digitization staff in Paris, you will discover previously undigitized works and update existing digital assets before delivering to internal departments who then connect the content with our audiences.
This role contributes to the overall operation of Magnum Photos by creating thousands more images within the digital archive and improves quality, audience engagement and income generation. It is a rare opportunity to work with a famous collection of iconic photographs and world-renowned photographers.

Job DescriptionSalary: 15.25-16.50 
Overview: An Assistant Teacher (AT) in a LE3 Academy room supports the Teachers and the Director by helping to create a caring and safe environment for the children and assisting in activities to improve the overall care and quality of education. The AT must be able to communicate, listen and work well with others in a team environment. Assisting the staff in implementing a quality educational program and in developing positive relationships with the children and their parents, the AT observes and documents childrens interests and progress, and relays that information back to parents and staff. AT's are responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on childrens interests and needs under the direction of the Teacher and the Director.
 
Qualifications: the lead teacher must have the following education, experience, and certification requirements:

<li>High School Diploma or GED, and significant college credit in early childhood education or related field of study. CDA or 6 hours of ECE credit is preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-2 years of professional childcare experience.</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others.</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.</li>
<li>An understanding of child development.</li>
<li>Must clear a full background check and must pass a health screening.</li>

Job Responsibilities: In addition to the following duties and responsibilities, all lead teachers are expected to perform other reasonable duties or tasks as assigned by the director.

Training Expectations: There is mandatory training that must be completed at hiring and on an annual basis in order to maintain a position with LE3. All training completed outside of working hours will be paid for by LE3 (time and cost of course).

Hours: Assistant Teachers can fluctuate between part and full-time based on their work availability and LE3's needs during the academic year and/or summer program.

<li>Shift: Monday-Friday, flexible hours between 7:00 am-6:00 pm

<li>A minimum of two days per week required</li>

Working Conditions: Most buildings cover the following working conditions:
<ul>
<li>Exposures encountered: many LE3 programs have varying noise levels depending on the day, time of year, and activity. Outside of noise level, most sense exposures are common. There are times in which lessons/crafts require extra hands and supervision due to being messy</li>
<li>Essential physical requirements are not limited to but include walking, running, climbing stairs and playground structures, squatting/sitting on the floor, and standing for a minimum of five hours.</li>
<li>Regularly uses fingers to feel, type, and assist using fine motor skills to tie shoes, zip coats, etc.</li>
<li>Regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing, required to switch communication styles based on audience.</li>
<li>Physical effort/lifting/carrying: up to 20 pounds</li>

Assistant Teacher

Job Summary: Installs electrical wiring, electrical components and systems on new fire trucks and police vehicles during manufacturing. Components are mostly DC, but A/C knowledge and experience will be needed. Also applies automotive electrical knowledge and experience for input into design of electrical systems. Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of Manufacturing.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety First:Ensure all electrical work meets the highest standards of safety and compliance with NFPA and OEM standards.
Innovate and Create:Layout and install advanced electrical systems for custom fire apparatus, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
Hands-On Excellence:Install, test and troubleshoot electrical components and systems in custom built fire apparatus.
Documentation:Create detailed electrical schematics for each custom apparatus.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to seamlessly integrate electrical systems.
Stay Ahead:Keep up with the latest advancements in electrical technology and fire apparatus standards.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Positive can-do attitude a must!</li>
<li>3-5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronics and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.</li>
<li>Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high quality performance.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a car audio installer or similar role</li>
<li>Strong understanding of 12-volt electrical systems</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues efficiently</li>
<li>Two-way radio installation and repair experience a plus.</li>
<li>Any EVT ratings are a plus and salary will be adjusted accordingly. </li>
<li>Whelen Cencom Programming Experience Preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in creating electrical schematics.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Experience with backup cameras, remote starts, GPS/navigation systems, and custom installs</li>
<li>Fabrication or custom enclosure building experience is a plus</li>
</ul>
 
Salary: Starting rate of$25-38/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
