Compensation range: $90-110/hour

General Responsibilities:

  • Identify risk assessments that shall identify and score project risks.
  • Organizing and facilitating risk assessment workshop(s), as directed by the Authority.
  • Compiling project risk information such as engineering design reports, Construction Cost Estimate(s), and Project Schedule(s).
  • Performing risk assessment modeling efforts and preparing reports to document Risk Assessment findings.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the Authority’s risk assessment process, procedures, and reporting efforts.
  • Performing risk assessment training and mentoring for stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Completing project Risk Assessment & Risk Mitigation workshops with team
  • Additional Risk analysis and risk modeling tasks
  • Preparation of risk assessment reports
  • Related project risk management support services


Qualifications:

  • A. or B.S. Degree and minimum 5 years of business experience with minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction or insurance industry preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive risk management experience.
  • Proficient in insurance claims management skills.
  • Ability to work in a contractor, as-needed advisory position.
  • Experience with Monte Carlo Simulations

The estimated salary for this position is $90-110/hour. (Salary commensurate with experience and local cost of living.)
