 We are seeking a Bilingual Admin/ Enrollment Coordinator :) to join our team, supporting our programs at Growing Minds Youth Development and Brainy Tots Childcare. The ideal candidate will possess a great personality, exceptional communication skills, and a warm phone presence to effectively engage with parents and facilitate their enrollment experience. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to different sites for tours and events. Admin Assistant Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Manage leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and follow-ups, including making outbound calls to leads.</li>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact at the reception, providing a welcoming atmosphere for families.</li>
<li>Foster parent engagement and retention through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in operational and compliance tasks to maintain program standards.</li>
<li>Handle various administrative duties, including email management and calendar organization.</li>
<li>Open and sort mail, ensuring important correspondence is prioritized.</li>
<li>Create and deliver presentations to showcase program offerings to potential families.</li>
<li>Upload and manage documents related to enrollment and compliance.</li>
<li>Provide miscellaneous support for special projects as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate tours for prospective families at various sites, traveling as necessary to ensure seamless experiences.</li>
<li>Organize events and training sessions, managing logistics and participant communication.</li>
<li>Support meetings by ensuring staff are informed of schedules and prepared with necessary materials.</li>
<li>Order food and refreshments for meetings, ensuring a comfortable environment for staff.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Previous sales experience is a plus, enhancing parent engagement efforts.</li>
<li>Knowledge of childcare practices and early childhood education is beneficial.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.</li>
<li>Must be willing to undergo clearance by the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), which includes completing a physical and undergoing fingerprinting.</li>
</ul>
 Additional Information: 
<ul>
<li>This is an office-based position.</li>
<li>Current working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays for conducting tours.</li>
<li>Opportunities for training and growth are available.</li>
<li>The current pay rate is $18 per hour, with weekly pay.</li>
