The Reimagining Intimacy through Social Engagement (RISE) Project responds to the intersection of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and gun violence and supports healthy relationship norms and the prevention of intimate partner violence at the community level. The RISE Project draws on public health, community organizing and transformative justice models to create a holistic approach to violence.
RISE seeks a Training Coordinator to lead the development, organization, and implementation of training and education initiatives across Community Initiatives. Reporting to the Program Manager of Community Initiatives, the Training Coordinator will design high-quality training programs, build out curriculum and educational materials, and coordinate internal and external training efforts that strengthen community capacity around IPV, healthy relationships, accountability, and violence prevention&nbsp;
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Develop, design, and refine training programs, curriculum, and lesson plans aligned with RISE’s frameworks on gender-based violence, community accountability, and transformative justice;</li>
<li>Create and update educational materials, toolkits, facilitator guides, and resource packets for diverse audiences (community members, partners, youth, providers, etc.);</li>
<li>Ensure all training content is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and accessible across languages and literacy levels;</li>

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Statistics: Experience in inferential statistics such as hypothesis testing, creating confidence intervals, power and sample size calculations, t-tests, etc. Bonus: Experience in sampling techniques, and regression analysis</li>
<li>Insights to action: 5+ of experience in translating complex and nuanced data analyses into business insights, and influencing decision making for internal or external marketing and sales leadership</li>

<li>Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to effectively gather and interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights. Proficient in using analytical tools and techniques to solve complex problems and help make data-driven decisions. <li>Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically is essential. They should be able to align analytics initiatives with the overall commercial goals and business objectives. Your ability to influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and compelling presentations is critical for driving the adoption of data-driven strategies.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Needs to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This includes partnering with CEO, sales and solutions teams, marketing, product managers, and executives to understand their needs, align analytics initiatives, and provide actionable recommendations.</li>

Qualifications:
