Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring quality care management that is in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set forth by the DOH and Forestdale/ CCF. The Health Home Care Management program assists to ensure all clients have access to quality medical and mental health care. 
Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Minimum Requirements:

<li>Coordinate tasks with CPA to review quarterly financial statements, prepare tax returns and all tax related matters</li>
<li>Provide CPA with tax reporting documentation to assist with Tax Return preparation</li>
<li>Reconcile cash, bank and credit card accounts for multiple LLCs</li>
<li>Monitor the business cash flow</li>
<li>Collect information for auditing purposes, perform insurance and tax audits</li>
<li>Complete credit applications and credit card purchase documents</li>
<li>Create and update Excel Spreadsheets for financial reports and data tracking</li>
<li>Ensure all work is accurate and submitted on time</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5 years of related experience</li>
<li>Experience with QuickBooks CONSTRUCTION DESKTOP software required</li>
<li>Skilled with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat</li>
<li>Experience with Buildertrend, Contruct Connect, Trade Tapp, Procore, Wrap-Up, Textura, Elations, my COI, GCpay software is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow up skills</li>
<li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Able to handle multiple projects at once</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Maintain a professional demeanor, aiding customers, employees, visitors, and guests</li>

<li>Monitor the environment, with the ability to detect suspicious and unsafe activity</li>

Qualifications

<li>State or municipality mandated security officer licenses</li>
<li>Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent</li>
<li>Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period</li>
<li>Must have reliable means of communication and transportation</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal communication skills and neat and professional appearance</li>
<li>Write routine correspondence, to include log entries and incident reporting</li>
<li>Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, customer service experience helpful</li>
