<li>Ability to work flexible shifts.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.</li>
<li>Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests.</li>
<li>Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.</li>
<li>Follow all cash handling and credit policies.</li>
<li>Obtain all necessary information when making room reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Successful Candidates Must Have:
<ul>
<li>At least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>One year of Hotel &amp; Accommodations Guest Services experience preferred.</li>
<li>One year of hotel experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li>
