<li>Follow all safety, emergency, and after-hours on-call procedures as needed.</li>

<li>Keep records as required for the Log Book with appropriate information written clearly and in detail.</li>
<li>Utilize the Resident Guest Book to ensure that only approved guests for each resident are on the approved list.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2–5 years of related work experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Computer literacy with data entry skills and ability to operate phone systems professionally.</li>
<li>Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, or substance use.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and keep confidential information regarding employees, volunteers, residents, and guests.</li>
<li>Ability to respond to emergencies, resolve conflicts, work independently, and provide flexible coverage when needed.</li>
<li>Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
Repair miscellaneous gas, electric, and steam appliances. Maintain the physical plant of the property. Read, log, track, and interpret readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring units. Monitor and inspect boiler equipment, valves, gauges, etc. Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Diagnose malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; and report safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;
Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
