<li>Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments when applicable.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate data entry into the electronic medical record (EMR) system.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li>
<li>Answer incoming calls, route messages, and assist with scheduling inquiries as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area.</li>
<li>Assist with additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in medical office administration or patient registration preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li>
<li>Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic medical record (EMR) software.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible morning shifts, including weekends if required.</li>
</ul>
