Position Overview

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Monitor 2 plays a critical role in the housing program as this position is the first point of contact for both clients, visitors, and vendors. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assemble electronic components using hand tools and soldering equipment.</li>
<li>Read and interpret detailed tabulated drawings and job packets.</li>
<li>Perform visual inspections and functional testing to ensure product quality.</li>
<li>Label and package finished products according to specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and verify bill of materials (BOMs).</li>
<li>Understand daily outputs with a goal of performing at or above average minutes per piece of Team.</li>
<li>Follow the organization's Quality Management System and keep work area organized following 5S work standards.</li>
<li>Participate in sustainability efforts, including waste reduction and recycling.</li>
<li>Work productively and cooperatively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Maintain strong communication with your supervisor and team members to achieve team goals.</li>
<li>Be proficient in all areas within your responsibility and promote changes for improvement.</li>
<li>Perform production order confirmations accurately, recording yield, labor, reworks, and final confirmations.</li>
<li>Keep your supervisor informed of any needed changes or reasons for missing standards.</li>
<li>Participate in additional reporting methods to assist the production process.</li>

Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and well-lit, akin to a clean room environment due to the nature of the medical devices handled. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility in start and end times if needed. You will work in a friendly atmosphere where wearing headphones at workstations is allowed.

What We Need from You (Our Requirements):
