Program/Department Description
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based, mobile practice model designed to provide treatment, rehabilitation and support services to individuals living with a serious mental health condition and whose needs have not been effectively met by traditional mental health services. 
Community Access’ Bronx Shelter ACT Team will serve individuals with mental health conditions who are experiencing homelessness in the Bronx, and in other boroughs. Team members will work collaboratively with shelter staff and use assertive engagement strategies to proactively engage individuals in services. ACT team members share responsibility for the people they serve, helping individuals attain housing and other personal goals that may be of a health, social, work or education nature. 
ACT teams are multi-disciplinary and include psychiatry, nursing, social work, peer specialists and other staff members offering rehabilitation, treatment and recovery support services. The team provides expertise in the areas of housing, substance use and harm reduction, family support, employment, and wellness self-management. Based on their area of expertise, team members collaborate to deliver comprehensive, integrated and flexible services that are responsive to a participant’s choices, needs and goals. With a small staff to participant ratio, services are brought to the participant and offered in natural settings, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. 
 
Overview
The ACT Team Vocational Specialist is responsible for meeting participants in the community and providing holistic recovery services tailored to the individual’s stated needs. The Vocational Specialist will be responsible for providing ongoing supportive counseling and service coordination for homeless adults living in Bronx mental health shelters, as well as individuals who have recently transitioned to supportive or independent housing. The Vocational Specialist is also responsible for integrating person-centered goals and services with the tasks of all ACT team members and for providing psycho-education individually and in groups. The Vocational Specialist works as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing the range of ACT services to assist participants in achieving their treatment, rehabilitation and recovery goals. They specialize in assisting people with honing vocational goals and finding schools, training, jobs or employment programs that will help them reach them.

Position Summary:

Position Overview: The Property Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the property and help to oversee all aspects of building management. The individual is responsible for maintaining communication with the Board of Trustees/Directors and homeowners and works closely on all manners of property financial and project management.
 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Accountable for all business, financial, and management aspects of the assigned property, including preparing, implementing, and adhering to the approved strategic plan, a budget for the property, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the Board members, shareholders, and unit owners</li>
<li>Responsible for leading Board of Director meetings by keeping the focus on the agenda created</li>
<li>Supervising the day-to-day activities of the engineering, maintenance, and other building staff (union and non-union) as well as contract services</li>
<li>Attend monthly and annual board meetings</li>
<li>Conduct formal site inspections as required in compliance with established standard operating policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Oversee repairs, apartment alterations, and capital improvements, as required, in compliance with local codes</li>
<li>Identify, discuss, plan, and negotiate with vendors to complete all necessary capital improvement projects</li>
<li>Handle emergency situations and deal with crisis management</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field is preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in New York City residential condominium and cooperative property management, on-site experience is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with financial accounting in residential real estate, financial reporting and budgeting</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with capital improvement construction projects; ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects, ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communications skills</li>
<li>Proficient with MS Office Suite programs; specifically, Outlook, Excel, Word</li>

JOB PURPOSE

The Wares Processor is responsible for production in the hard lines department. This individual will price and tag / label products according to standard operating procedures. They will also provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment. This position may also be cross-trained and responsible for additional duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Accurately assess and sort hard line products based on quality standards.</li>

<li>Generates a minimum of 8,000.00 in store sales from items produced during every two week production period.

FirstLight Fiber is seeking a technically savvy telecom professional to join our growing Network Operations Center (NOC), working with the most advanced technology in the industry. 
The NOC Technician position provides technical support to Enterprise, Carrier, Carrier-Mobility, Wholesale and Residential customers. This position works cross-functionally with customers, internal resources, equipment vendors, carriers, and field operations to resolve issues in production network and telecommunications systems. Participates under general supervision, possesses, and demonstrates basic knowledge and familiarity with assigned job functions and responsibilities, may require training and detailed instructions for assigned tasks as necessary. This position is B shift, Sunday-Wednesday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate and support in a 24x7 Network Operations Center; this includes shift work and off-peak coverage.
• Investigate, document, and diagnose trouble calls to resolve service affecting issues across multiple service platforms including but not limited to DSL, T1, Carrier Ethernet and Internet services. 
• Participate in a technical call queue. Responsible for documenting information on all incoming calls in a ticketing system to track issue counts and response and resolution time. 
• Responsible for taking calls from external departments and collaborate in troubleshooting where that be with Field Services or back-office Engineering.
• Trouble ticket handling (create, resolve, escalate and directing through to resolution).
• Responsible for triage troubleshooting &amp; circuit isolation with reported service affected issues. 
• Troubleshooting Firstlight provided onsite CPE to confirm power, link, port shaping, configuration, events logs, etc. 
• Responsible for test calls within triage troubleshooting to isolate reported issue to single user issue or call path or widespread issue affecting larger scope of service.
• Triage troubleshooting from the COLO to the customer handoff device/ DMARC over all Firstlight provided services (copper, Fiber, Type II, NNI services) 
• Assigned follow up with tickets after active investigation completed &amp; ticket status is monitoring or needing follow up after repair restoral completed.
• Assigned follow up with Type II, underlying carrier &amp; tickets dispatched to Field services for follow up thru the life of the ticket. 
• Basic CPE configuration &amp; replacement (Hpbx phones, managed routers for Hpbx services)
• Develop extensive knowledge of the Company’s products and services to better assist customers. 
• Oversee and participate in network maintenance with support teams; ensure customers are informed of maintenance activities and confirm service restoration after completion of maintenance. 
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the company. 
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:
