Job Summary:
Under the supervision of theDirector of Facilities Maintenance, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the building and other designated areas to provide coverage as needed and support the cleanliness and upkeep of the building.
Responsibilities:

<li>Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building. This includes sweeping, mopping floors and stairs, dusting desks, tables, chairs and other furniture.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>High School Diploma or GED required and/or 2-4 years prior experience in a maintenance position (preferably with senior center experience)</li>
<li>Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical units.</li>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>General passion for creative problem-solving.</li>
<li>Tasks could involve moderate to heavy physical labor. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.</li>

Position Overview
As a security officer for McCray Global Protection, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the assets of our customers. 
A security officer's duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

<li>Monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage.</li>
<li>Guarding valuables in an assigned area.</li>
<li>Responding to alarms and emergencies.</li>
<li>Communicating any irregularities with on-site management.</li>

<li>Checking visitors in and out of an area.</li>
<li>Escorting visitors around a premises.</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.</li>
<li>Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.</li>
<li>Properly dispose of trash and maintain the trash cans.</li>
<li>Clean/dust items high off the ground (i.e., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters)</li>
<li>Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.</li>
<li>Follow Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.</li>

Qualifications/Requirements

<li>Custodial experience is preferred.</li>
