Seeking live-in superintendent for Upper West Side properties consisting of approximately 37 units. Duties will include:
 
· Performing routine janitorial work, including cleaning and inspecting the roof, boiler room, and public portions of the building.

About the Role&nbsp;
In this position, you will:&nbsp;

Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>

Key Qualifications&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to meet and exceed goals&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Must be self-motivated and results oriented &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI&nbsp;
</li>
