Seeking live-in superintendent for Upper West Side properties consisting of approximately 37 units. Duties will include:

· Performing routine janitorial work, including cleaning and inspecting the roof, boiler room, and public portions of the building.

· Keeping the fronts of the buildings clean.

· Taking care of the garbage and recycling on designated days.

· Snow removal when necessary.

Candidates should be able to perform light maintenance work, such as replacing washers, installing smoke alarms, and adjusting pilot lights, etc. Superintendents are expected to be on call for emergencies. The janitorial work should take approximately 15 hours per week. Compensation will be $500 per week, plus the use of a studio apartment. There will also be opportunity for additional handyman work, including framing, plastering, and painting paid at $30 per hour.
