3. Professional, polite, and courteous correspondence always with customers and vendors while managing a high frequency of can bottle counting &amp; sorting. Always on alert, knowing shut-off locations and effectively communicating challenges to Mgr.
4. Maintain awareness of all safety and security procedures relevant to the Company and Division.
5. Sort and count glass returns.
6. Cleanliness and organization of workstation and entire sort line, loading dock, and physical plant
7. Proper closing of station at end of day, including cleaning, wash downs, sanitation, and properly putting everything away where it belongs.
8. General upkeep of equipment, including reporting challenges.
9. With Mgr deploy proper closing and maintenance of machinery with proper intervals
10. Proper use of all cleaning solutions, cleaning wares, and general lubricants – including but not limited to training, use, and inventory
11. Hand Sorting and event sorting when required
12. Trash/Recycling maintenance and removal; including mopping floor regularly throughout the day.
13. Maintain awareness of all orders, events, customer demands, and all business levels.
14. Perform any reasonable tasks as requested by management and ownership.

Small Magnetics Assembler Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
· Wind coils used in electrical equipment and instruments according to wiring diagrams, samples, or work order to fabricate military or commercial components
· Review wiring diagrams, work instructions, and / or job traveler to ascertain type and size of wire specified
· Utilize provided documentation to determine proper build and finished dimensions of completed coil and ensure all information is met in the processing
· Select coil-forming device for specified coil and fastens device onto machine arbor, mandrel, or spindle or fastens device between chuck and tail stock
· Thread end of wire from reel through tension device, guides, and spreader, bends wire ends to form lead, and attaches lead to coil core; turns set screws to adjust tension on wire and sets counter for number of turns specified; and cuts wire to form leads.
· Start machine and manually feed wire over coil core or spreader to obtain even and uniform winding and shape of coil; and observe counter and stops machine at specified number of coils.
· Size coil, with care, to shape coil to proper dimensions; and remove coil from mandrels or other devices to pass a completed item to the next operation.
· Strip insulation from end of lead wires, thread lead wires through insulating sleeves or slides sleeves over leads, and solder lead wires to terminals.
· Complete small magnetics product through its’ manufacturing lifecycle, including bending and shaping leads, completing the tinning process, and cleaning final product.
· Correctly process all necessary paperwork
· Work with engineering and other departments to improve products and ensure quality and compliance
· Enter information into the ERP system and complete all paperwork ensuring the documentation is routed to its' proper destination

Position Overview
As a Senior Production Technician on the Plant Operations team, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of hydropower plant equipment and systems. In addition to technical expertise, youll play a key mentoring roleguiding junior technicians and setting high standards in safety, reliability, and performance.
Your leadership and technical acumen will be instrumental in advancing our clean energy mission and ensuring the operational excellence of our facilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead the safe operation, monitoring, and maintenance of hydropower generation stations.</li>
<li>Perform and oversee complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on turbines and associated systems.</li>
<li>Supervise gate changes and ensure accurate, timely documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor and report critical conditions and instrument readings during periods of significant runoff to support real-time decision-making.</li>
<li>Plan and execute station and dam operations with strict adherence to safety protocols.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues; provide technical recommendations.</li>
<li>Lead the implementation of a comprehensive equipment quality assessment and issue reporting program.</li>
<li>Act as a contractor liaison as needed, reporting to supervisors or project managers.</li>
<li>Ensure team compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) protocols.</li>
<li>Operate in compliance with FERC regulations and support site readiness.</li>
<li>Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior Production Technicians.</li>
<li>Set and model high standards in adaptability, professionalism, and response to emergencies or shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Support operational continuity by being available for on-call duties, overtime, and emergency call-ins.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in hydropower operations with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Background in technical training, the military, or a relevant industry strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex schematics (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in rigging, lifting, welding, and electrical repair is a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.</li>
<li>Experience with hydro turbine/generator systems, industrial electrical systems, and PLCs is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting is a significant advantage.</li>
