Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm client, is seeking an experienced Finance Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis (possibly contract-to-hire).
This position is fully remote. Experience in the energy project finance required.

Responsibilities:
· Drafting and negotiating contracts including power purchase agreements, power offtake contracts, concession agreements, DBFOM contracts, and similar agreements
· Advising on derivatives and commodities, public-private partnership transactions
· Supporting lenders and sponsors in energy and infrastructure financings
· Navigating regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to energy and derivatives markets
Requirements:
· 5+ years of finance experience for energy industry clients in a law firm or in-house setting
· Prior experience in energy or commodities trading
· Licensed in one of the following jurisdictions required:
- California
- Florida
- Illinois
- New York
- North Carolina
- Texas
- Washington DC
The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $100 and $150 per hour, depending on experience.
