Work Schedule:

<li>Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM</li>

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters before the New York Workers' Compensation Board</li>
<li>Handle all aspects of case management, including pleadings, motions, settlements, and hearings</li>
<li>Conduct and manage virtual hearings with efficiency and professionalism</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with clients and respond promptly to inquiries</li>
<li>Work closely with support staff and the legal team to ensure timely and accurate case handling</li>
<li>Prepare case files and meet legal deadlines and internal benchmarks</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Licensed to practice law in New York State</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience working as a workers’ compensation attorney in a law firm</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of current experience working as a workers’ compensation attorney in a law firm</li>
<li>Proficiency and comfort with virtual hearings and remote communication tools</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday</li>

Candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience (only) in structured finance, including purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements, and related financing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
