Works-in-Progress Associates (WPA) is currently seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team! This project consists of the construction of a new LEED certified Jamaica Bus Depot facility located at 165-18 Tuskegee Airmen Way, Jamaica NY 11433.
Project Description:
Demolition of the existing Jamaica Bus Depot in its entirety and additional properties. The existing depot shall remain in operation until the new bus depot is constructed and fully operational. The new bus depot will consist of a one-story 26’ tall building, 134,000 SF on ground level and 5,200 SF on basement level, with parking for 300 SBE (Standard Bus Equivalent) parking spaces, three fueling lanes, three bus wash lanes, two interior bus wash stations, one chassis wash station, 15 maintenance bays and rooftop bus parking. A ramp will connect the ground floor to the rooftop parking level. The project will also include a three-level administrative building providing 7,600 SF of administrative space on the first and second floors, and the third floor would bridge over the at-grade bus parking area and extend to the main structure providing an additional 19,700 SF. A 31-foot-high sound barrier walls would be located on the south and west side of the depot. The project also includes the construction of a Temporary Parking Lot (location to be determined): convert a property into a temporary paved bus parking area to accommodate at least 170 buses from the Jamaica Bus Depot. The proposed parking lot will be designed to meet environmentally conscious design regulations with respect to storm water management.
Minimum Requirements:

<li> Oversee the care given by Home Health Aides to assigned patients by: </li>

<li>Supervising and evaluating the care given by the Home Health Aide. </li>

<li>Document those services rendered to the patient, note changes in the patient’s condition and/or family and home situation, make revisions in the nursing care plan as needed, record supervisory visits conducted with the Home Health Aide, evaluate patient care and progress and close charts of discharged patients. </li>
