As a CML Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to your team, including leading and supporting all areas of distribution and transport of CML products to restaurants on schedule, while ensuring deliveries are made safely with strict adherence to food safety standards. The CML Supervisor monitors fleet condition, fleet maintenance schedules, and route efficiency. They are responsible for the overall operation of distribution and product transport according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies and procedures and compliance with all applicable laws. This position will be located at our Central Manufacturing Facility in Syracuse, NY with a work schedule from 2:00pm-10:30pm.
Additional skills required and abilities:
- Ability to perform all responsibilities of delivery driver team members
- Ability to logistically schedule and route delivery drivers while meeting deadlines and optimizing distribution cost
- Fleet preventative maintenance schedule and repairs
- Ability to maintain a quality and safety focused culture amongst delivery drivers team members
Position Qualifications:
- A valid Driver’s License, DMV background check, physical and drug test are required.
- Prior Supervisory experience required
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Ability to work an evening shift – 2pm-10pm
