PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE:
The Roving Maintenance Supervisor (RMS) will supervise, assign, and dispatch the maintenance team to make technical and mechanical repairs throughout the Children’s Rescue Fund portfolio, as per work orders. This individual is responsible for ensuring our properties meet CRF’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality, while ensuring the maintenance of a clean and healthy environment for clients, staff, and volunteers. Overseeing the operation, the RMS will assess and monitor projects for materials needed and establish timelines for completion, maintain supplies in the central warehouse, and record usage and purchases of materials/tools. The RMS will supervise the Maintenance Team in general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, wall board repairs, plastering, painting, cement repairs, cabinets/countertop repairs and replacement, door/door lock repairs, wood, ceramic and vinyl floor repairs, cove and wall base installation, window/glass repairs, flashing of roofs as needed, assigned preventative maintenance duties, and any maintenance tasks not requiring a licensed contractor/vendor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Inspect vacant spaces and report issues to the DBO</li>
<li>Ensure that when not in use, seasonal equipment is stored properly </li>
<li>Perform any other maintenance and repair duties, and special projects assigned by the DBO, including serving on-call for emergency situations that may arise</li>

Secondary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Inspect work performed by vendors and contractors to verify the work, materials, and services meet the quality standards and scope of CRF </li>
<li>In collaboration with AVP, request quotes as needed</li>
<li>Assist locations in preparing for government and Callahan inspections</li>
<li>Accommodate programs with filing completion of CAP with work orders, images and documentation as requested by DHS, OTDA, DOB, HPD, FDNY, HPD and other government authorities</li>

Role Summary: The successful candidate will be under the supervision of the Security Director and Site Director. The Position: 
This role supports areas of field Service operation within Sungrow USA related to commissioning, warranty, and Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) of the expanding installed sites in the region. Reporting to the regional field service supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning support of PV inverters and ancillary equipment/ systems, usually at the customer’s site or at a staging yard/warehouse. Ensures that personnel and safety issues are given priority to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Implements and enforces safety management policy and procedures regarding the facility: safety information, hazard analysis, safe operations/Maintenance Training, subcontractor compliance, plant integrity, work permits, emergency planning, and response. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Perform a variety of technical assignments involving the installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of string and central solar inverter and/or BESS Systems, PCS, batteries, and ancillary equipment.</li>
<li>Perform general troubleshooting and diagnosis under Sungrow’s maintenance and repair guidelines. </li>
<li>As needed, support and perform pre-commissioning (with and without grid emulator) and commissioning of solar inverters and BESS systems within schedule and work plans </li>
<li>Additionally, for those on O&amp;M capacity, perform Preventive Maintenance and other Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) activities per the contract </li>
<li>Investigate solar plant issues such as DC array grid faults, inverter design issues, and utility grid transients.
