This position is responsible for developing integrated production plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving capacity and material constraints. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and thrives in dynamic, evolving production systems. This role requires a strong ability to work independently while staying deeply interdependent with operations, supply chain, and program management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Translate forecast and customer orders into executable build plans and time phased MRP signals within the ERP system (Infor LN preferred), ensuring clarity of demand at the work order and component level.
Lead cross-functional production readiness reviews for new product introductions (NPIs), engineering change orders (ECOs), or build-to-stock transitions. Identify impacts to lead times, tooling, routings, or floor layout.
Proactively identify and resolve capacity bottlenecks, material shortages, or labor imbalances by collaborating with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering to generate mitigation plans.
Balance strategic and tactical planning horizons: drive weekly execution while supporting quarterly outlook and annual capacity planning.
Ensure ERP system integrity by auditing work orders, lead times, lot sizes, and BOM/routing accuracy. Initiate corrective actions to improve planning accuracy and order flow.
Mentor junior planners by providing coaching, training on ERP transactions and planning principles, and oversight on schedule integrity, risk identification, and escalation protocols.
Create and maintain visual planning tools and dashboards (Excel, Birst BI or equivalent) to communicate backlog risk, line capacity utilization, schedule adherence, and labor availability. Evolve tools and business processes along with the significant growth the business will experience.

Maintain alignment between MRP-generated priorities and shop floor execution, using dispatch lists, Gemba walks, and weekly look-ahead meetings to ensure build sequence, kitting, and line readiness.

Excel Facility Services is looking for a reliable janitor that will be able to provide excellent cleaning service. 
 
Job Summary: 
You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, you will be required to execute the scope of work for all assigned locations and locations assigned to you by management for coverage. 
 
Janitor's Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize bathrooms</li>
<li>Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms</li>
<li>Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas</li>
<li>Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary</li>
<li>Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures</li>
<li>Clean windows and mirrors</li>
<li>Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition</li>
<li>Follow safety rules and use safety precautions</li>
<li>Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location</li>
<li>Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building</li>
<li>Restock supplies in areas assigned.</li>
<li>maintains in attractive and clean condition areas assigned and notifies supervisor of necessary repairs of facilities and/or equipment, etc. </li>
<li>participates in workshops, training, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions. </li>
<li>Request to supervisor janitorial supplies for the purpose of ensuring adequate quantities for daily use.</li>
<li>Ensure that the doors are locked at night ( if applicable, ask your manager )</li>
<li>Must use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes.</li>
<li>Must complete IVR system if applicable or notify manager ASAP if any issues, not completing IVR to report services can affect hours paid.</li>
<li>Must always wear uniform and IDs while working.</li>
