POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Business Manager oversees and leads a dynamic team, including a Business Manager and a Fiscal Team. The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for driving the financial success of the programs, ensuring alignment of resources with business goals, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program is an article 32 OASAS licensed outpatient program providing culturally affirming, evidence-based counseling and medication assisted treatment to adolescents and adults with SUD diagnoses and their families. Treatment approaches are trauma informed and individualized to the client and family. The program is part of the Midwood Brooklyn Hub, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center that serves all members of the community. As part of our person-centered approach, the program is open evenings and weekends to provide the community with optimal access to care. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Substance Abuse Counselor uses a trauma-informed, person-centered approach in the evaluation, treatment, and care coordination of individuals with substance use disorders and their family members. The Substance Abuse Counselor provides clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborates with clients and other treatment providers in developing treatment plans and helping clients work toward their treatment goals. This program aims to provide teachers with more options, increase student access to mental health services, and include greater family engagement through community referrals, family counseling, parent workshops, and trainings. The goal is to increase opportunities for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties and their families to receive high-quality mental health services in the school setting. POSITION OVERVIEW: The PIP Social Worker/Behavioral Health Clinician will provide mental health support to the school community. Supports will be provided on selective and universal levels identified in conjunction with school administration and the office of School Mental Health. Services (listed but not limited to what is below) require timely documentation in EHR and data tracking documents. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Clinical Supervisor for Social Work Interns is a licensed clinician, is a member of the program's leadership team and is primarily responsible for the clinical supervision and professional development of social work interns completing their field work from a school of Social Work in the clinic. They are also responsible for implementation and oversight of evidence-based or innovative clinical services or models of care. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor ensures clients receive timely access to quality clinical services, including during crises; oversees functions to support program's clinical operations; and ensures program compliance with Federal, State, and City regulatory bodies, CARF and funding entities. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Clinical Services: Responsible for development and provision of evidence-based or new clinical services or models of care to effectively meet the clinical needs of the individuals/families and communities we serve.
