A fast-growing restoration contracting company is seeking a highly experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a proven background in fire, water, and mold restoration. This role is ideal for a professional who can sell, scope, write, manage, and close projects from first contact through final billing.
Xactimate expertise is mandatory. Large-loss experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Lead restoration projects from initial inspection through completion and final invoice</li>
<li>Accurately scope, sketch, and write estimates in Xactimate</li>
<li>Sell and secure projects, obtain authorizations, and execute all required paperwork</li>
