Fire, Water & Mold Restoration
A fast-growing restoration contracting company is seeking a highly experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a proven background in fire, water, and mold restoration. This role is ideal for a professional who can sell, scope, write, manage, and close projects from first contact through final billing.
Xactimate expertise is mandatory. Large-loss experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead restoration projects from initial inspection through completion and final invoice
- Accurately scope, sketch, and write estimates in Xactimate
- Sell and secure projects, obtain authorizations, and execute all required paperwork
- Manage job production, timelines, quality control, and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with insurance adjusters, consultants, customers, and internal staff
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Xactimate estimating experience (required)
- Proven experience in fire, water, and mold restoration
- Large-loss experience a strong plus
- IICRC WRT and/or other relevant certifications preferred
- Solid understanding of SDS/MSDS documentation and job-site applicability
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-management skills
- English literacy and fluency required
- Valid driver’s license
