Brightline is a premier national youth mental health provider and brings virtual and in-person care to families, when and where they need it.&nbsp; As Clinic Director of Brightline’s inaugural New York location (Long Island-Nassau County), you will share our vision for expanding exemplary evidence-based mental health care for youth and families. You will partner with our leadership team to build and lead this first brick-and-mortar clinic, offering both virtual and in-person care, with the opportunity to support many future clinic launches in the coming years.&nbsp;
Within the new clinic location, Brightline will offer several specialty clinics and services, including psychological testing, an Anxiety &amp; OCD clinic, and an Attention and Behavior clinic. We will continue to offer general outpatient mental health care for needs outside of these focus areas. Care offered in the clinic will include testing, outpatient therapy, and psychiatry services.
In addition to being a standout clinical expert in youth mental health intervention, the Clinic Director will strategically and tactically oversee the performance and operation of the clinic of outpatient therapists.&nbsp; This full-time position will involve working in-clinic 2-3 days per week, with flexibility for virtual work the rest of the week, subject to business demands. The clinic will be open Monday through Saturday morning; the Clinic Director would be expected to work Saturdays for non-clinical work about once per month. Occasional travel outside of the NY area may be required.&nbsp;

Clinic Leadership and Oversight

Owning root cause analysis of identified concerns related to the clinic and collaborating with Brightline corporate team on the identification and implementation of subsequent solutions.&nbsp;

Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement from clinical, operational, people leadership, or growth perspectives and collaborating with the Brightline corporate team on any potential new initiatives.&nbsp;

Monitoring and overseeing the management of clinic office schedules, supplies, and other day-to-day needs.&nbsp;

Timely issue resolution for concerns raised by members, clinic staff, or other stakeholders.&nbsp;

Member Care
<ul>

Providing and overseeing care for youth within our specialty care offerings (psychological testing, Anxiety &amp; OCD clinic, Attention &amp; Behavior clinic) and general outpatient care. Youth will present with a wide variety of presenting concerns, including but not limited to anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, behavior and impulse control disorders, body focused repetitive behaviors

Providing excellent evidence-based interventions for youth and families, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), parent management training (PMT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), habit reversal training (HRT), and other empirically supported interventions.&nbsp;

Required Skills/Abilities
<ul>

PhD or PsyD required.&nbsp;

Psychologist license to practice with particular expertise in child and adolescent behavioral health evaluation, testing, and interventions

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team to be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal performance and safety of HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Installs, maintains, services and repairs environmental-control systems; utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting and structural layout.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Maintains refrigeration and air conditioning systems by checking performance and determining problems. Repairs, adjusts, or replaces defective elements.</li>
<li>Installs, maintains and repairs the electrical and pneumatic systems associated with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment from the safety switch throughout the equipment.</li>
<li>Installs, maintains, repairs, operates all types centrifugal and reciprocating refrigeration/air-conditioning systems; also all types of pneumatic/electro-mechanical temperature controls.</li>
<li>Performs necessary plumbing procedures to ensure operation of systems and equipment</li>
<li>Performs preventive maintenance.</li>

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

Driving History
All persons must meet the following requirements in order to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes including, but not limited to, making deliveries:
<ol>
<li>A person who is 18 years of age must possess proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation.</li>
<li>A person who is 19 years of age must possess proof of at least one year of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation.</li>
<li>A learner’s permit period documented by an appropriate governmental authority may only be used to confirm driving history. We do not accept drivers who do not have an officially stated liscense.</li>
</ol>
DRIVING RECORD
All persons must meet the following requirements in order to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes including, but not limited to, making deliveries:
<ol>
<li>No more than two driving-related violations (such as speeding, failure to yield, failure to obey traffic signals, careless driving, failure to wear a seatbelt,) in the two years immediately preceding the date of the MVR.</li>
<li>No more than three driving related violations in the three years immediately preceding the date off the MVR.</li>
<li>No more than one at fault accident in the three years preceding the date of the MVR.</li>
</ol>
If a person has any of the following violations they will be unable to driver for Domino’s.
<ol>
<li>Leaving the scene of an accident.</li>
<li>Hit and Run</li>
<li>Reckless Driving</li>
<li>Any driving violations involving drugs or alcohol.</li>
<li>Vehicular homicide or assault</li>
<li>Unlawful Racing and Exhibition Driving</li>
<li>Eluding or Attempting to Allude an officer.</li>
</ol>
