Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience as a residential HVAC install and service technician </li>
<li>Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities </li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills </li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices </li>
<li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges </li>
<li>Valid drivers license with a clean driving record </li>
