Our client is a large global technology company looking for inside sales representatives for a ~ 6 month engagement working EST hours. The role is based on the NYC team but is remote. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and posses a results-driven work ethic. This role will sit on a larger team of Inside Sales Representative s and will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing sales. STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Swim Instructors are key members of the Aquatics team and will report to the Director of Aquatics. The primary responsibilities are to provide private or group lessons to children and adults of all levels and abilities based on American Red Cross (ARC) standards and program requirements.
They are expected to create a fun, nurturing and educational environment with hands-on-learning and lesson planning from children to adults. Maintain supervision and care of each participant in the program. The instructor is directly responsible for communicating to the Director of Aquatics with any class concerns. Represent Commonpoint Bronx Hub in a positive light at all times.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for instructing all swim lesson participants. This position is also responsible for the safety of each participant in the classes (private or group)
● Instructors are responsible for coming to work 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
● Instructors are required to remain after class to answer participant and/or parent questions as needed, and clean up supplies.
● Instructors evaluate students participating in swim lessons
● Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
● Act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.
● Presents professional appearance (bathing suit and lifeguard shirt, and open shoes) and attitude at all times, as well as maintaining a high standard of customer service.
● All other duties as assigned and appropriate.
 
Qualifications:
● Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate skills in swim lessons instruction.
● Ability to demonstrate skills as required for class content and use teaching aids such as kickboards.

The Safe Haven for Children Program is a 24-hour shelter and temporary foster care program that serves unaccompanied children (UC) in immigration custody who are awaiting release to their sponsors. Summary: Performs physical tasks involving the movement, storing, and maintenance of lumber and building materials as well as performing customer service and general yard maintenance.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Offers prompt and courteous service to customers by offering assistance and filling orders as shown on their paid invoice. This includes verifying type, quantity, and size of material purchased by customer.</li>
<li>Cuts stock to size required, using stationary power saw. Records these actions on a “cut sheet” to reconcile stock records.</li>
<li>Advises Yard Forman or Inventory Control Specialist of low stock items.</li>
<li>Prepares material for delivery and assists Load Setter and Driver in loading delivery vehicle.</li>
<li>Accompanies driver to assist in off-loading at job site when directed by Yard Forman or Assistant Yard Foreman.</li>
<li>Prepares Return Material Authorization forms (RMA’s) as necessary to confirm type, quantity and size of material returned by customers. This includes verifying the original purchase date and the acceptability of the items’ current condition. Submits the RMA’s for approval.</li>
<li>Responsible for the tidiness and condition of an assigned section of storage area.</li>
<li>Handles material in a safe manner to avoid personal injury, damage to property and damage to product. </li>
<li>Puts stock away as directed by supervisor.</li>
<li>Takes a proactive approach to keeping busy, finding tasks to complete during idle times without direction from a supervisor.</li>
<li>Stacks lumber neatly and safely, and ensure stacks are kept at even levels.</li>
<li>Picks up and disposes of stickers, strapping or any other garbage littering the yard area.</li>
<li>Sweeps and clears all areas of debris, etc.</li>
<li>Performs mowing, weed whacking and snow removal tasks</li>
<li>Informs supervisor of any problems with equipment or other safety concerns.</li>

Job Overview of Custodian
The primary responsibility of the Custodian is to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of spaces with our organization. This position performs a variety of custodial duties that include but are not limited to cleaning, organizing and disinfecting all offices, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, restrooms, closets, stairwells, windows, outdoor spaces and other assigned areas.
Schedule for Custodian: Hours are 6am until 3pm Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties of Custodian:
Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting, carpet cleaning, restocking paper and soap supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and disposes of trash appropriately.
• Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff which may include submitting work orders via computerized system.
• Performs routine maintenance of custodial equipment.
• Ensures proper care in the use of custodial equipment and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety.
• Assists in on-the-job training of new staff on routine practices.
• Assists with snow removal activities and minor maintenance of buildings such as paint touch ups, replacing light bulbs, or similar activities.
• Properly mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals according to manufacturer’s instructions in only approved properly labeled containers.
• Properly manages inventory of cleaning supplies.
