Job Description

Field Service Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician / Door Installer. As a Field Service Technician with our company, you travel to worksites and facilities to perform installs, preventative maintenance and service hollow metal, wood & glass doors and hardware. (NO garage doors). Our ideal candidate has a wide range of experience completing mechanical repairs. We have (1) entry level and (1) experienced service technician position available. You should also feel comfortable reading schematics and operating power and hand tools. Experience with handicap operators, low volt electrical, welding and keying a plus but not required.

Field Service Technician Duties & Responsibilities:

Travel to client sites to perform replacements/repairs on man doors, frames & hardware.
Perform tests and diagnostics to ensure hardware is in good working order.
Ensure all man doors, frames & hardware adhere to relevant regulations.

Field Service Technician Qualifications:

Prior experience performing installs, repairs and maintenance, preferably in a similar environment
- We will train for entry level position
Experience using common hand held power tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full time 40hr/wk position. We offer:
