Title: Inside Sales Representative
Duration: ~04/28/2025-10/27/2025
Hourly Pay Rate: commensurate with experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
Our client is a large global technology company looking for inside sales representatives for a ~ 6 month engagement working EST hours. The role is based on the NYC team but is remote. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and posses a results-driven work ethic. This role will sit on a larger team of Inside Sales Representative s and will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing sales. This role requires a strong understanding of our products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers, generating new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, in-person and social media outreach.
- Sales Calls: Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily to prospects, delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to drive interest in our products and services.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
Mandatory skills/qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience: New graduate or up to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or a similar field.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using technology and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Groove) to manage sales activities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple
Non-essential skills/qualifications:
- Cold sales experience
- Experience in selling technical products
- Experience in customer service
- Have worked or done an internship in a startup
- Driving skills are a plus for in-person meetings if required
