About the Role We’re seeking a Truss&nbsp;Design Team Lead to take a hands-on leadership role within our truss design department. Requirements:
Qualifications
 
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Relevant combination of education and experience will be considered. 
 
Credential: If driving is required, a clean and valid NY State Driver License and access to a reliable and insured vehicle is required. Agency requirements dictate anyone whose job description includes driving responsibilities to be at least 21 years of age.
 
Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
