About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care and transportation to patients.
- Assess patient condition and determine appropriate treatment on scene.
- Maintain clear and accurate patient care reports.
- Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and other emergency personnel.
Requirements
- Current NYS EMT certification (state-certified and in good standing).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 125 lbs (with assistance).
