Job Title: Patient Navigator/ Patient Registrar

Location: Manhattan, NY

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical experience (required); 5+ years strongly preferred.
  • Data entry speed of at least 4,500 keystrokes (required).
  • Strong telephone, customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and general computer applications.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
  • Some college coursework preferred.
  • Knowledge of health insurance benefits and authorization requirements.
  • Familiarity with medical coding (ICD-9, CPT-4).
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical office environment.
