Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare detailed engineering reports documenting observations, analyses, findings, and recommendations as the lead or as part of a team when needed.</li>
<li>Support expert witness projects, as needed. Prepare and participate in depositions, as required.</li>
<li>Manage and oversee projects, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of advancements in building envelope systems, energy codes, materials science, and design trends.</li>
<li>Experience with terra cotta, brick, or stone masonry systems – or Experience with a variety of window wall, curtainwall, skylight, and storefront systems. Experience with both is an asset.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor's of Architecture or Architectural Engineering required; an Advanced degree (M / PhD) is an asset.</li>
<li>Experience: 5-10+ years of project experience in building envelope design, repair, and investigation.</li>
<li>Licensure: Registered Architect in either the state of New York or Illinois (or the ability to attain one of these within six months of hire). Both are assets.</li>
<li>Certifications (For IL candidates only): City of Chicago scaffold safety training certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of start.</li>
<li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Be willing to provide examples within the interview process)</li>
<li>Software Skills: Fluent in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, or Bluebeam. More than one is an asset.</li>
<li>Project Management: Experience managing budgets and schedules, and leading projects.</li>

Coordinate and manage credentialing and recredentialing processes for physicians, allied health professionals, and other applicable clinicians
</li>
<li>
Perform primary source verification of licensure, education, training, certifications, work history, and malpractice coverage
</li>
<li>
Track license renewals and ensure all provider credentials remain current, compliant, and active
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate provider files, records, and scanned documentation with strong attention to detail
</li>
<li>
Utilize credentialing software (MDStaff or equivalent) to monitor application status, expirables, and data integrity
</li>
<li>
Conduct credentialing audits and support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
</li>
<li>
Prepare and validate documentation for committees, regulatory surveys, and accreditation reviews
</li>
<li>
Maintain working knowledge of credentialing standards, hospital bylaws, and state and federal regulations
</li>
<li>
Provide backup support to the credentialing team to ensure continuity of operations
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve documentation issues and ensure timely processing
</li>
<li>
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive provider information
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree required
</li>
<li>
Prior experience in healthcare credentialing strongly preferred
</li>
<li>
Working knowledge of credentialing policies, regulatory standards, and primary source verification processes
</li>
<li>
Proficiency with credentialing software systems (MDStaff or similar) and electronic document management tools
</li>
<li>
Strong organizational, analytical, and auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail
</li>
<li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
</li>
