We are hiring for immediate start dates for the current school year. The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $135,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in school leadership and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.

Join our mission-driven team and become an&nbsp;Education Champion! About the Job:&nbsp;In-person Algebra Tutors will work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, tutors will provide Algebra support to students in grades 9–12 at the high school from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, travel to the shelter from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and continue in-person tutoring at the shelter from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On Saturdays, tutors will be stationed exclusively at the shelter from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, providing Algebra support throughout the day.
