Reporting to the Payer Enrollment Manager, the Payer Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for executing the end-to-end payer enrollment process for Spring Health providers following credentialing approval. This role works closely with our Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO), Medallion, to manage enrollment intake, tracking, payer submissions, and roster maintenance, ensuring providers are accurately enrolled and ready for billing. This role serves as a key operational partner to Credentialing, Revenue Cycle Management, and Payer Operations, escalating risks, delays, or data discrepancies to the Payer Enrollment Manager as needed. Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred</li>
<li>Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with expert command over both languages</li>
<li>At least 2 to 5 years prior teaching experience in middle/high school </li>
<li>Demonstrated success working in non-traditional and/or urban school settings</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li>
<li>Experience with educational technology (SMART Board, student laptops, etc.)</li>
<li>Knowledge or ability to use SIS (student information systems) or online learning platforms (Schoology, Google Classroom, PowerSchool, and Canvas) </li>
<li>NYS certification in Spanish preferred</li>
</ul>

None

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 
This is a full-time 10-month position. The regular hours and workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in addition to any special events to which all staff are expected to attend.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $95,000 annually (Based on Experience)
