Requirements:

<li>Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 and other relevant BIM authoring packages for A/E or MEP</li>
<li>BIM Experience (Building Information Modeling) / Revit a MUST</li>
<li>Any relevant education or BIM Modeling / Revit Certifications a plus</li>
<li>BIM modeling supporting mechanical and electrical engineering (UPS systems, Generators, Switchgears, other power distribution units, HVAC, CRAC, CRAH, Air Handlers, Chillers, Controls, BMS, BAS, etc)</li>
<li>Successful candidates should have knowledge in electrical design / modeling electrical systems / electrical installations in 3D using the latest versions of Revit</li>

The Assistant Restorative Coordinator (ARC) is responsible for delivering restorative practices to improve outcomes for youth, staff and families. The ARC will build a sense of community and belonging through the lens of restorative practice and racial justice. CORE DUTIES 
<ul>
<li>Conduct code research in support of project development</li>
<li>Research and apply current technology and stay abreast of new and upcoming technologies </li>
<li>Analyzes reports, drawings, etc. to plan and design a project.</li>
<li>Execute design calculations and quantity/cost estimates for buildings.</li>
<li>Develop and prepare project specifications for structural building projects.</li>
<li>Research code issues and develop educated strategies to satisfy code requirements.</li>
<li>Provide oversight and training to Structural CAD Technicians</li>
<li>Perform field inspections, measurements, calculations, and provide documentation.</li>
<li>Prepare fee proposals and design reports for structural consulting projects.</li>
<li>Make project site visits to document existing systems and gather existing owner documentation </li>
<li>Complete construction phase services, including submittal reviews and punch lists</li>
<li>Utilize computer-assisted design software to prepare preliminary drawings</li>

The rate for this position generally ranges between 88K-133K $annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Safely performing high quality workmanship assembling a verity of weldments per Drawings, Codes, and Specifications</li>
<li>Ability to read shop drawings</li>
<li>Perform oxy-fuel torch cutting of parts for assembly.</li>
<li>Grinding and cleaning</li>
<li>Inspection of personal work before turning over to QC.</li>
<li>Safely handle material with fork truck and overhead crane.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications/Requirements
<ul>
<li>2 years of Layout/fit experience required.</li>
<li>Basic shop math, basic mechanical skills.</li>
<li>Overhead crane experience preferred.</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms. Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, to include prolonged standing, as well as lifting and moving heavy objects, stand and reach with hands and arms</li>

We’re seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer to support the development, analysis, and rehabilitation of steel and concrete structures. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex civil and transportation projects in collaboration with DOT agencies. If you have a strong foundation in structural design and enjoy problem-solving in the field of infrastructure, this is a great opportunity to grow with a respected team.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform structural analysis and design of bridge and transportation structures, including new builds and rehabilitation projects.</li>
<li>Develop construction documents and calculations for steel and concrete structures, adhering to project and code requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers, drafters, and DOT representatives throughout all phases of design.</li>
<li>Contribute to quality control, project documentation, and design reviews as part of a collaborative engineering team.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
BS Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required. MS Degree preferred.
</li>
<li>
10+ years of experience in bridge or structural design, preferably on transportation infrastructure projects.
</li>
<li>Familiarity with NYDOT or NJDOT standards and specifications.</li>
<li>Proficiency in OpenBridge, Staad-Pro, and other structural analysis tools.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of steel and concrete design principles for civil structures.</li>
<li>
PE license required; SE license preferred.
</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.</li>
