Role Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Asylum Shelter Case Manager to join our team, providing essential support to individuals seeking asylum. Primary Job Responsibilities/Duties:
The Asylum Seeker Case Manager's role encompasses, but is not limited to:

<li>Utilizing assessment tools, such as CARES, tailored to identify support service requirements unique to the asylum-seeking population, and making immediate referrals.</li>

<li>Developing Individualized Living Plans (ILPs) in close collaboration with other Social Service providers, ensuring tailored support services that align with the asylum journey.</li>
