Job Summary: The Front Desk Monitor 2 plays a critical role in the housing program as this position is the first point of contact for both clients, visitors, and vendors. They help coordinate non-clinical needs of clients by assisting the Front Desk Monitor 1, as well as clients, staff and vendors with daily requests and needs. They also control the front door and assist staff in crisis situations as they occur. It is expected that the Front Desk Monitor 2 provides excellent customer service at all times.
