SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Room Attendant’s demeanor must reflect the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.&nbsp; A consistently positive attitude and a thorough knowledge of the Hotel are qualities which the Room Attendant is required to have.&nbsp; A Room Attendant must be able to clean the full quota of guest rooms to the standards set by the Hotel.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;

<li>Reading, writing and oral proficiency of the English language</li>
<li>Ability to communicate successfully and maintain good interpersonal relations</li>
<li>Receive daily tasks and procedures from Supervisors</li>
<li>Maintain standards for cleanliness and presentation</li>
<li>Inspection of guest rooms and other tasks as assigned by management</li>
<li>Ability to walk continuously for entire shift, with bending, lifting and carrying using proper safety procedures</li>
<li>Maintain security of Hotel pass keys.</li>
<li>Observe uniform and grooming standard for staff</li>
<li>Maintain highest level of respect for guest privacy and belongings upon entering guest rooms</li>
