<li>Provide customer service to customers who may need assistance while setting up displays or otherwise in the front of the store</li>
<li>Use rolling ladders to retrieve items from the stockroom on hard to reach shelves</li>
<li>Accurately maintain company database including all stock and inventory items</li>
<li>Build new store displays to present special merchandise</li>
<li>Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and displays according to company standards</li>
<li>Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management</li>
<li>Confirm all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition</li>
<li>Keep the work area clean </li>
<li>Maintain all food safety standards</li>
<li>Follow the instructions of managerial staff</li>
<li>Ensure customers are served quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner</li>
<li>Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients had an outstanding shopping experience</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned </li>

Preferred Qualifications:

<li>Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service</li>
<li>18 years or older</li>
<li>Ability to read, write and do simple math problems</li>
<li>Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems</li>
<li>Able to work well with others as a team member</li>
<li>A passion for serving people</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
