Requirements

Additional Qualifications:

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, health status, and fitness levels.</li>
<li>Develop personalized and effective workout programs tailored to individual needs.</li>
<li>Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure clients perform activities safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support.</li>
<li>Monitor clients' progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide ongoing feedback.</li>
<li>Stay updated on fitness trends, industry developments, and new training techniques.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workout environment, ensuring equipment is properly organized.</li>
<li>Assist in promoting Crunch Fitness programs and challenges to encourage member participation.</li>
<li>Uphold Crunch Fitness standards of customer service and professionalism through the 4 Pillars.</li>
<li>Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.</li>
<li>Obtain and/or maintain all mandatory education certifications.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Current CPR certification.</li>
<li>NCCA Accredited primary Personal Trainer Certification (newly hired Personal Trainers may have 60 days from the date of hire to complete and provide).</li>
<li>A degree in a related field is preferred but not required (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, Fitness Specialist, etc.). A degree would be accepted in lieu of a primary Personal Trainer Certification.</li>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li>
<li>Personal Training experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Baseline Computer Skills Required for managing email, business tools, and timecard review.</li>
<li>Enthusiastic and positive attitude.</li>
<li>Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li>
